Member Social – Monday, Sept. 2, 2019

Let’s get together!  As of now, nearly 25 of us will be there! We will be meeting at Willie’s Grill & Icehouse near the Foundry at 5:00pm on Monday, Sept. 2nd before rehearsal for fellowship and a quick bite to eat.  There’s no formal RSVP, but I’d like to give the place we choose a heads-up on how many of us will be showing up. Please email me if you are planning to come. [email protected].

Message from the Box Office

SEASON TICKET 20% DISCOUNT ENDS TODAY!

In an effort to improve our efficiency and professional image this year, we are switching to TicketSpice, an online-based ticketing system. No more manual distribution/collection of tickets!

The season ticket page is set up with a 20% discount (the best one we have ever offered!) until Monday, Sept 2 – after that the discount drops to 10%. You can also access this using the “Tickets” link on our regular website.)

The ticket page for the Psalmfest concert will also be live later this week and we’ll provide more info then. Until then, we are encouraging everyone to have friends and family purchase either a season ticket or a “Pick 4” ticket for the year, which allows them to purchase any four of our concerts at a significant discount. Season Tickets and “Pick 4” Tickets will only be available until our first concert on October 5, 2019. After that time, tickets will only be available for each concert individually.

Although we have a system for on-site ticket sales as well as non-online sales, buying online is HIGHLY preferred! Each concert will have an “Early Bird” discount where tickets will be the same price as they were last year, but please note prices will be raised by $5 when we are within two weeks of the concert (which includes at the door.) Please encourage family and friends to purchase tickets early!!! And be sure they use your name on the ticket form so you receive “credit” for sales.

Questions can be directed to [email protected]. Thanks in advance for your patience and support as we adjust to the new system!

Thank you – Your HCS Ticket Team
