Due Date Extended!

MONDAY, 8/19/19, will be the last day I will be accepting cash or check payments before rehearsal for Membership Dues. Please arrive early if you need to turn in cash or check.  I will be accepting payments from 6:30 – 6:55PM (I am a singer, too!)

Member Social – Monday, Sept. 2, 2019

Let’s get together!  We will be meeting at a casual dining restaurant near the Foundry at 5:00pm on Monday, Sept. 2nd before rehearsal for fellowship and a quick bite to eat.  There’s no formal RSVP, but I’d like to give the place we choose a heads-up on how many of us will be showing up.   • HCS Volunteer Coordinator – HCS is pleased to announce👏Mary Kay Buehler (A2) as our new HCS Volunteer Coordinator.  With all the plans we have to achieve this season, we are very excited to have Mary Kay’s leadership and experience to help us coordinate and build a team of volunteers to help get it all done.   • CD/Merchandise Sales Manager – This individual will be responsible merchandise and CD/DVD sales, inventory, management of pre-sale orders, and reporting inventory needs to the President at the monthly BOD meetings.  This individual, preferably, would be a non-singer and available at every concert (before and after) to sell HCS merchandise.  This position involves handling cash, check, and credit card transactions, and appropriate accounting for cash collected.   The position reports directly to President of the Board, or his designee.  Multiple persons interested in this position can share responsibilities, as approved by the managing BOD representative.
